CEO/Chairman Michael Breen is most recently a cofounder, of Xtreme Power, a leading company in the utility scale storage space with over 150 employees and  $50 million raised.  Breen was active in every decision across the company s 5+-year history.  He continues as a permanent Board Member.  Prior to Xtreme Power Breen has 15+ years as an Operational Consultant and Investment Banker.  Notre Dame  BS Computer Science;  University of Texas  MBA  Finance/Marketing

President  – Craig Varrichio has been the driving force for k Power for the last 2 years.  Varrichio has a unique set of skills to bring together all of the technology areas required for the rapid deployment of k Power equipment.  His knowledge, insight and experience have been invaluable. Steve Smaha is an Austin entrepreneur and Clean Tech investor with an excellent record of more than 10 startups. He also serves on Austin's Electric Utility Commission and the Central Texas selection committee of the Texas Emerging Technology Fund. For the last ten years Steve has been an angel investor working with early stage computer and clean tech companies.  From 1989-1997 he was founder and CEO of Haystack Labs, which pioneered computer intrusion detection software for intelligence agencies, banks, and credit card companies worldwide. Haystack Labs was acquired in 1998 by McAfee.

Mitch Jacobson, Co-Director, ATI: Clean Energy Incubator For 10 years he has been investing in and working with emerging technology companies as a limited partner, board member and consultant. In addition to a successful career in technology sales with Dell and others Mitch worked with the opening and running of many of the country IBUs. He then ran the Rest of World Organization for 2 years which included sales of Dell products through Distributors and Dealers in Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Mitch has been in the high tech business for the past 30 years.
